- Who qualifies for the referral fee?
- Any licensed California real estate agent who introduces a property owner to Lifetime PM. The referred owner must sign a management agreement and have a tenant placed before the fee is paid. There is no cap on how many referrals you can submit.
- What kinds of properties do you manage?
- Single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, small apartment buildings, and condos throughout Sacramento and Placer County — including Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, Auburn, Elk Grove, and the surrounding foothill communities. If your client's property is in our service area, submit the referral and we'll confirm coverage.
- Will you send my client back to me when they're ready to sell?
- Yes. We don't sell real estate — we manage it. When your referred client decides to sell their rental property, we actively encourage them to work with the agent who referred them. The relationship stays yours.
- How long does the referral process take?
- Tenant placement timelines vary by property and market conditions. Our average days-on-market for leasing runs 14–21 days once the property is ready. We'll keep you informed at key milestones so you always know where things stand.
- Is there a formal referral agreement?
- Yes — we use a short referral fee agreement that protects both parties and satisfies California real estate law requirements for agent compensation disclosures. We send it to you promptly after receiving your referral submission.
